Last Saturday, 26 June 2010, I had a great time reminiscing my life in Japan with Derrick, Aileen, Mike, Ecel, and kids. Having recently returned to our home country, Mike, Ecel, their kids and I, are in a transition state--not only of culture shock, but thermal shock,as well.
We dined in a Japanese restaurant at the Mall of Asia, but sad to say, all of us were complaining with the quality and taste of the food. Understandably, our taste buds became Japanese, too. Nonetheless, we all had a nice time talking and planning on how we can productively use our time and expertise being back in the Philippines.
To Mike, gochisoosama deshita! Burp!
