This news clip says that South Korea has admitted that it fired artillery shells that provoked a clash with the North.
But South said that it was part of a drill and denied it was directed at North Korea.
It will be recalled that both sides denied the initial attack.
Russia calls on both sides to pacify the situation and that the clashes were unacceptable.
An analyst said that the international community is prejudiced against North Korea and is ready to blame them for everything without proper inquiry.
