Watch my friend, Susan, as she cooks her Philippine-style noodle, pancit bihon. As she defines it, she does not follow exact measurements for home-cooking. She also prefers to do it in the traditional way which may take a bit more time but surely the taste is superb. It was really yummy, I could hear my tummy while she was cooking. We finished it with white bread filled with ube-macapuno philippine ice cream.
