RED LETTER DAY

I experienced a new approach to spirituality. Part of the LifeChurch.tv network, the LifeChurch Makati is a new Church in the Philippines that will be launched on May 2010. Upon entering the Cinema4 in Glorietta 4 Makati, I saw a band singing gospel rock songs. The attendees joyfully sang, too. After 15 minutes of introductory songs, Pastor Prudy, introduced the newly-formed Church.

What makes it different is that the Church is not connected with any political groups--and they don't intend to--I was told. The Church also welcomes all people regardless of their religious beliefs. What makes it even more unique is the alternating talks of the local pastor and the video of the main pastor who is based in the US. Isn't that cool? LifeChurch Makati is using the new technology to spread the Word of God. So, if you are interested to feel a different and vibrant look at religiosity, visit them every Sunday at Cinema 4 in Glorietta 4 Makati City.
