To the Philippine Government: On handling the hostage crisis

My condolences and sincere apologies to all Hong Kongers and the world.

The recent hostage tragedy is a shame to all Filipinos.

To the Philippine government: Please do not fix it the way we always did--grandstanding, blaming, and finger pointing--that will not do in a global issue such as this. Let this be a lesson to all Filipinos. Do not forget this issue. Do not forgive ourselves. Do not procrastinate positive change, for it will never materialize unless we change.

Definitive and aggressive resolution are needed to recoup what has been lost in the name of the country. We cannot bring back the lives of our foreign guests. So many had been hurt already. So, please only those who are supposed to handle the case should handle the case.
