Woman still alive after sustaining 24 stab wounds, 2 cops charged

The Philippine Police need to intensify their stress and anger control program, as I reported before.
A woman who witnessed a robbery-extortion activity of two policemen of the Rizal Provincial Police Office was allegedly abducted by the two, and a certain Toto, on Wednesday night, according to a police official.
The complainant, Grace Capistrano, is now confined to a hospital after suffering 24 stab wounds and a gunshot wound in the leg.
The 22-year-old victim was abducted by the three men, shoved in to a white car and brought to a remote area in Pangasinan, Laguna.
Capistrano was gagged and hogtied with a packaging tape by the suspects.
Facing criminal and administrative charges are Police Officer 2 Mario Natividad and Police Officer 1 Antenor Mariquit, said Police director Chief Samuel Pagdilao, Jr.
Pagdilao ordered the filing of charges for the grave misconduct resulting to abduction and frustrated murder.
Once they reached Pangasinan, Capistrano was repeatedly stabbed and shot in her leg. She was then thrown to a cliff.
After the suspects left, the victim was able to free herself and walked toward the road where a driver found her and rushed her to a hospital.
