$16.9-M Lottery jackpot prize still not claimed

Weeks before the draw of the biggest lottery jackpot prize, the public went wild hoping to win it big. But now, the lone winner has not yet surfaced to claim it.
In a radio report, the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) said that the lone Grand Lotto 6/55 jackpot winner has not yet claimed the PhP741,176,323.20 (US$16,954,736.89) prize.
This is the biggest prize money ever in the history of the Philippine government-backed lottery.
To claim the money, the lucky bettor must present the winning ticket and valid identification card to the PCSO main office at the PICC Building, CCP Complex in Pasay City.
As mentioned in an earlier report, the winning number combination was 11-16-42-47-31-37.
Reports said that the lucky ticket was bought at a lotto outlet inside the Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority in Olongapo City, island of Luzon, in northern Philippines.
The PCSO warns that the jackpot prize must be claimed within one year. Failure to claim the prize money, it will be reverted back to PCSO for charity.

Author's note: I hope that the lucky winner is still alive, in good health condition and is within the country to claim it. The ticket should also be intact. Otherwise, had it been lost, burned, or washed away with laundry--oh no!
