"If Assange has not violated the law, then the law should be changed"~US Sen. McConnell

US Senate Republican leader Mitch McConnell thinks that WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange is a "terrorist".
"I think the man is a high-tech terrorist," says Sen. McConnell of Assange, the frontliner of the whistleblowing Website, for releasing classified material from the United States government.
McConnell admitted in NBC's "Meet the Press" that the online release of memos has resulted in "enormous damage" to the country and to its relationship with its allies.
The Republican Senator also hopes that Assange will be prosecuted for the disclosures.
He adds that if it will be found that the Australian journalist Assange has not violated the law, then the law should be changed.
Earlier on, the WikiLeaks Website has been having trouble due to the fact that it has been removed online. It has resurfaced after a few hours of being down.
The Website is currently under heavy attack. It now has 76 mirror sites. Click here to view.
The online payment system, Paypal, has also banned WikiLeaks, due to violation of its policy. If you want to donate, please visit this site.
WikiLeaks has released over 250,000 cables and memos of diplomatic communications particularly that of the US last week.
It was reported that its next exposés will include the US banks.
