The attached YouTube video shows the press meeting yesterday when the Supreme Court (SC) released the seven accused in the controversial Vizconde massacre that happened on June 1991 in the Philippines. The inset shows Mr. Lauro Vizconde shocked over the SC 7-4-4 decision.
