Former Miss U is now Miss Tweets

Netizens should carefully watch what they say online. After a presidential aide's Twitter fiasco, a former beauty title holder was forced to close her account on the microblogging site.
Miss Universe 1996 Alicia Machado of Venezuela erroneously referred to Korea as China in her tweet, referring to the shelling of North Korea to South Korea.
She tweeted on Tuesday, "Tonight I want to ask you to join me in a prayer for peace, that these attacks between the Chinas do not make our situation worse."
Her message caused massive uproar and received a lot of insults online that forced the Spanish-speaking beauty queen to close her @aliciamachado77 account.
Before she bid goodbye to her followers, Machado said that she now has a lot of psychopaths on the account. It is best to start a new one, kisses, according to Venezuelan media.
Way back in 1996, Machado was billed by Miss Universe owner Donald Trump as "eating machine" for gaining 10 kg (22 pounds) after winning the crown.
Sorry for the former Miss U, she has now become Miss Tweets.
