A 22-year old man bleeding due to a gunshot wound from his neck and gasping for his breath was found by elementary students lying in front of the Geronimo Santiago Elementary School in San Miguel, Manila Saturday, the Inquirer.Net said.
The man identified through his driver's license was Tatex Kansi, from Talitay town in Maguindanao province, southern Philippines, was still breathing when barangay (village) chairman Roel Floro took him to Ospital ng Maynila.
Kansi was declared dead on arrival.
The police said that the children found Kansi lying at the school’s pavement at about 19:00. The kids immediately informed Floro who immediately responded.
The circumstances behind the case are still under investigation.
