A 6-year-old girl was killed and her internal organs were allegedly eaten by her mentally-deranged uncle in Cebu province in central Philippines two days ago.
In a report filed by Hataw, Lara May Concoles' abdomen was ripped open with multiple bruises and hematomas found all over her dead body. Some of her internal organs was said to be missing.
The police arrested construction worker Efren Matidios, 29, of Barangay (Village) Villahermosa, Tabuelan town when he came back to his house a few hours later, where the crime happened at around 1:00.
Pablita Matidios, the victim's grandmother, also sustained multiple injuries when the suspect attacked her in her attempt to stop him doing the crime.

The Court of Appeals in the United Arab Emirates affirmed on 22 May the 15-years prison term of a Filipino worker for killing his girlfriend by strangulation.
According to a report by The National, the 36-year-old driver EG, was convicted for choking to death Emma Angos Cambalon in his car.
The corpse of the 35-year-old expatriate worker and mother of four from the Philippines was found naked and thrown near a villa at the back of Al Bustan Centre in al Tawar on 26 March 2010.
Investigators said, "He said that the two had an argument and he strangled her with his belt, then placed her in the car and dumped her after taking away all her identifications."
Cambalon left behind four children, a 17-year-old boy and three girls aged 15, 12 and eight.
The convict will be deported to his country after serving his jail sentence.
